Here we want to help you to know how to best use this site.
The METHOD of language learning is important. Our method is similar to the way little children learn a language.---- you start with undertanding,
---- then you learn to speak what you already understand,
---- then you learn to read and write what you already know.
This is a very effective method. This is how we learn as children. This has proven to be a way to learn and to really be able to use a language.
HOW to Do each Lesson
For each lesson:
1. Start with the video on Youtube. (links on this site). We suggest you watch each video from 5 to 10 times.
You will probably understand the video after watching it 1 or 2 times. However, the goal is not just to understand, but that the phrases become fixed in your mind. Repeated watching helps you to really learn words and correct grammar.
2. Then, download the mp3 files for that lesson, and listen and repeat the exercises several times. These exercises are based upon the material in the video. Repeating the exercises aloud is very important. It helps you to learn to speak comfortably and correctly. This is much better than trying to say something you are unsure of how to say.
3. Then, download the PDF transcript of the lesson and the exercises, and watch the lesson while reading the transcript, and listen to the mp3 exercises while reading the transcript. This allows you to become comfortable reading, because you are reading what you already know.
