Watch the video 5 to 10 times. This helps you to really learn both the words and the grammar, and helps you to remember what you hear multiple times.
We are in the midst of preparing more material for all of our language courses. At the moment we don't have audio or written exercises for our Italian lessons but you can still make progress in Italian by listening to the videos multiple times, seeking to repeat phrases that you understand and thereby, fixing the grammar structure and vocabulary in your minds.
